Job Summary
Execute regional expansion plans for BNY's Digital Asset Custody product by translating strategy into practical launch timelines and coordinating readiness across technology, operations, compliance, and client-facing teams. Partner with Strategy, Commercial, and engineering groups to prioritize launch requirements in backlogs, manage product governance approvals, and track regulatory and operational impacts. Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders, then capture lessons learned to refine future expansion activities. This role supports geographic growth within London's regulated financial services sector.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in digital assets, trading, financial services product management or product delivery
- Experience implementing products, platforms or complex initiatives within regulated financial institutions
- Working knowledge of blockchain, digital assets and custody models
- Ability to engage effectively with engineering and operations teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
