Job Summary
Vice President, Development Quality to lead and expand global quality programs across equipment and construction for data-center projects; oversee commissioning, documentation, and vendor interactions; drive continuous improvement and training; ensure compliance with design bases and safety/operational standards; build and mentor a high-performing QA/QC team; partner with Engineering & Operations to align equipment/construction practices with standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a similar related field
- Ten or more years of experience in QA/QC, commissioning, or equipment manufacturing or engineering role specifically around MEP equipment
- Five or more years of experience leading a quality organization in a large matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of equipment manufacturing process and systems
- Skilled at managing relationships with manufacturers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Knowledgeable in critical systems like power and cooling in data centers
- Travel requirement: 50-70% domestically
