Job Summary
Identify suitable sites for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across southern Ontario and the GTA, then assist with acquisitions. Develop all project plans and proformas while assembling consultant teams, manage approvals and construction processes, and serve as the firm's representative at all municipal and stakeholder meetings. Establish and oversee the growth of a new real estate development division within the firm, designing a robust development schedule and growing the delivery team. Report directly to the CEO with full autonomy over the division's projects.
Required Qualifications
- Vice President of Development or Development Director
- Full autonomy of the Development Division and its projects
- Natural development strategist
- Ability to design and develop a robust development schedule
- Ability to grow a delivery team
- Experience in residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across southern Ontario and predominately the GTA
- Expertise in residential and mixed use developments in the GTA
- Strong financial skills
- Business acumen
- Natural leader
