Job Summary
Develop and execute the Authority's comprehensive redevelopment strategy, leading long-term planning for affordable housing portfolio expansion. Direct all phases of development from site identification through lease-up, managing budgets, schedules, and risks while overseeing architects, engineers, and contractors. Secure financing utilizing LIHTC, RAD, Section 18, and public-private partnerships, advising the CEO and Board on real estate acquisitions and capital investment plans. Build strategic relationships with HUD, financial institutions, and community organizations to deliver projects on time and within compliance with federal and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in affordable housing development
- Minimum five (5) years of executive or senior management experience
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale affordable housing redevelopment initiatives
