Job Summary
Deputy Branch Manager at HSBC in International Wealth and Premier Banking leads day-to-day branch operations across teams, ensuring regulatory alignment, customer service excellence, and branch hygiene. Requires graduate/postgraduate qualification with 5-10 years of banking experience, familiarity with AI-enabled tools, and certifications such as FEMA and NISM; strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills; and the ability to contribute to strategic goals alongside the Branch Manager.

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Banking or related field
- FEMA certification
- NISM certification
- Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
- 5-10 years of experience in Banking Industry
