Job Summary
Architect and oversee the development of blockchain-based systems and smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and Cosmos SDK platforms. Lead technical design for secure deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and audit processes while conducting deep technical reviews to ensure security, scalability, and compliance. Serve as a technical liaison across engineering, trading, and risk teams to drive the implementation of tokenization frameworks, cross-chain interoperability solutions, and institutional-grade custody platforms. Establish best practices for protocol monitoring, threat detection, and incident response to enhance Fidelity's digital asset capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain engineering, smart contract development, or crypto infrastructure, with a strong track record of technical delivery
- Deep understanding of EVM/SVM architecture, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL), and DeFi primitives
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Solidity, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with smart contract frameworks and tools such as Hardhat & Foundary
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor senior engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Hands-on experience with Solana development concepts including Anchor Framework, SPL token integrations, Program Derived Addresses (PDAs), and Cross-Program Invocations (CPIs)
- Strong knowledge of DeFi ecosystems including AMMs, lending protocols, liquid staking, yield generation, oracle networks, and tokenization platforms
- Expertise in smart contract security reviews, threat modeling, protocol risk assessments, and secure software development practices for institutional digital asset products
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
