Job Summary
Seasoned data governance leader for JPMorgan Chase's firmwide CDAO governance program, defining and enforcing standards across the data lifecycle, establishing ownership and data quality frameworks, and aligning with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements; partners with technology, risk, legal, and business stakeholders to prioritize data risk management and data strategy initiatives, including integration of AI into governance practices; builds relationships with CDAO data risk leads and reports/escalates issues as needed; requires 5+ years in data governance within financial services and a BS/BA or equivalent experience; preferred experience with AI/ML and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability to manage risk and govern within data or financial services
- Experience developing and implementing policies, standards, procedures, or guidance documents to be used by a wide range of users
- Self-starter; able to work autonomously with discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with partnering with people at all levels and across all functional areas (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Controls, Technology, and Business Operations)
