Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in data delivery, business analysis, workflow automation, or financial services technology
- Experience translating business requirements into technical or configurable workflow solutions
- Strong data mapping and analysis skills with an understanding of data transformation concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, or modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) preferred
- Hands-on experience with low-code or workflow configuration platforms strongly preferred
- Understanding of fund accounting, onboarding, or billing processes preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms
