Job Summary
VP, Cyber Risk BA Team Lead at MUFG responsible for leading the Cyber Risk BA Team within the Technology/Technology Innovation Management portfolio. Accountable for delivering requirements gathering, creating formal BRDs and functional specs, and guiding the Business Analysis lifecycle across Change programmes for MUFG Securities International and MUFG Bank EMEA. Leads senior technology professionals, drives delivery of large-scale projects, and acts as trusted advisor to technology management and senior business stakeholders. Key focus areas include TEC solutions with vendor landscape insight, SQL data analysis, advanced Excel, governance of risks/issues/dependencies, MI/KPIs, and fostering a culture aligned with MUFG's One MUFG strategy. Strong emphasis on communication, collaboration with Technology, Change Managers, and Business stakeholders, and ongoing process improvements. Open to flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of managing a team of senior technology professionals within a top tier bank or consultancy
- Experience of successfully delivering large scale projects (preferably with an international scope)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of IAM/PAM concepts and RBAC
- Experience with Murex platform and trade lifecycle
- Ability to self-service on systems analysis with advanced Excel and SQL
