Job Summary
Vice President Customers is the primary point of contact for airline customer accounts, owning a portfolio of customer accounts and integrating all aspects of the customer experience across the product and service lifecycle. Leads account strategies, directs executive stakeholders, drives revenue and cash for the portfolio, and ensures contracts are administered in line with value delivery and compliance. Responsibilities include developing mutually beneficial partnerships with key customers, delivering customer satisfaction targets and high NPS, forecasting inputs, and coordinating with Sales & Transitions to achieve OE and services sales targets. The role requires English proficiency and prefers Chinese; based in Beijing with possible travel.
