Job Summary

The Vice President, Customer Experience leads end-to-end CX for Distech Controls, owning customer service, technical support, education, documentation, field devices, and customer-facing systems. Drives a technology-enabled, AI-augmented, scalable CX function and supports the company’s ERP-CRM modernization and transition to a capital-to-SaaS model. Oversees global Support, Education, and Field Devices teams; advocates for data-driven improvements, digital channels, and cross-functional transformation; collaborates with Product, R&D, and Engineering to influence platform decisions; requires extensive senior leadership experience in B2B CX/Operations and P&L ownership; travel to Brossard HQ and globally as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 15+ years in senior leadership within B2B Customer Experience, Operations, or Service organizations
  • P&L ownership
  • experience managing partner/system integrator organizations (BMS preferred) and sales leadership
  • expertise in BMS, Energy, Performance Contracting, or Renewables
  • digital transformations (ERP, CRM) and technology-enabled operational redesign
  • strong understanding of cloud platforms, system integration, and AI-driven workflows
  • valid passport for frequent global travel
  • ability to visit the Brossard, Canada HQ office frequently
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec
