Vice President, Custody Tax Product Management

Job Summary
Support Custody Tax Onboarding for German, Luxembourg, and UK Funds, including new builds and service requirements. Engage with clients on market developments and deliver custody tax services across these regions. Perform withholding tax oversight for multiple third parties and collaborate on vendor and Financial Transaction Taxes review, calculation, and filing. Serve as the primary point of contact for client tax inquiries, guiding them through withholding-tax rules, process completion, and tax form submissions. Provide tax technical support to internal business units by interpreting market developments and legislation changes to update internal controls and workflows. Work within a multi-disciplinary team spanning various time zones. Fluency in German and English is required, along with experience servicing large asset manager clients and proficiency in MS Office and Agile tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years Custody Tax experience across global markets covering withholding taxes, FTT and other securities taxes
- Experience directly servicing large asset manager clients
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient user for MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- experience of Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA
Desired Qualifications
- Specific knowledge of mutual funds established in Germany, Luxembourg and the UK preferred
- Experience in vendor management would be beneficial
