Job Summary
VP, Corporate Finance (REGLL) to lead client development and originate/execute debt/equity capital markets and M&A transactions in REGLL sectors (Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure). Responsibilities include developing industry-focused ideas, coordinating deal teams, preparing pitch materials and CIMs, conducting company/industry research, analyzing financial models, presenting to clients, supporting due diligence, and driving transaction execution. Requires 5+ years in M&A/Corporate Finance/Leveraged Finance with strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage multiple transactions; familiarity with S&P CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Pitchbook, and AlphaSense preferred. MBA not required but a plus; FINRA Series 79/7 and Series 63 required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Industry Coverage, Leveraged Finance / Capital Markets
- Undergraduate degree from a leading university
- MBA not required but a plus
- FINRA Series 79 (or 7) and Series 63 required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing teams of junior resources (analysts/associates)
- Ability to lead multiple projects and act as project manager
- Proficiency with financial statements, financial modeling, and industry analysis
- Experience with financial services software: S&P CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Pitchbook, AlphaSense
