Job Summary
Expand existing client relationships and acquire new ones by promoting loan syndication, trade finance, transaction banking, cash management, DCM, treasury, and FDI products. Work with the Credit and Origination team to complete credit proposals, including deal background, account plans, credit analysis, and yield justification. Prepare indicative term sheets for Team Head approval, provide inputs on credit stress test results, and review OD excess reports. Handle account openings, loan operations, bills, and deposits while completing timely reports such as customer call reports, pipeline reports, and cross-selling income tracking. Prepare marketing materials for client pitching and franchise top-quality services.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate or professional with recognized qualifications in banking, finance or related business disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience in relationship manager of corporate or commercial banking
- Sound knowledge of credit products and credit analytical skills
- Relevant computing skills
- Proficient in both writing and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good team player with strong interpersonal communication, analytical and writing skills
- Strong cross-sell mindset
- Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB)
