Job Summary

Lead the Corporate Sales team to direct the sale of Teleflex products through strategic IDNs and key GPOs, develop and present executive-level value propositions, build and maintain partnerships with strategic accounts, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and manage budgets to meet NA sales targets. Requires Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years working with IDNs or GPOs, plus 5+ years of leading sales personnel and developing talent. Travel up to 75%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years successful sales experience with minimum 5 years of calling on large IDNs or GPOs
  • 5+ years leading sales personnel and building team capability to deliver sustained results and improved bench strength
  • Knowledge of IDN and GPO sales management techniques
  • Negotiation skills and understanding of contracts and contract language specifics
  • Proven ability to build relationships with executive level
  • Experience recruiting and developing top talent
  • Experience in performance management
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and presentation creation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
