Job Summary
Drive executive leadership for financial and management information across the Regional Health Ministry, developing, analyzing, and disseminating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support effective operations. Standardize and implement world-class financial reporting capabilities while monitoring local activities and advising senior leadership teams. Directly manage shared services and oversee financial reporting, general accounting, payroll, and human resources finance support. Implement new system-wide programs to improve performance, with specific focus on Kronos implementation and optimization. Provide transformational, servant leadership style guidance to the 10,000-employee, $2 billion revenue faith-based system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree
- Twelve (12) years of health care finance experience
