Job Summary
Manage and mentor the accounting staff while providing billing support to tenants and management. Analyze monthly property operating statements to identify variances and ensure all financial reports conform to US GAAP. Review cash flow forecasts, monitor accounts receivable, and continuously improve reporting accuracy through automation and process efficiency. Stay current on evolving US GAAP changes and their impact on the company. Requires 10 to 15 years of relevant accounting experience, including 5 years in public accounting and 5 years in management, with a required CPA license.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of relevant accounting experience
- 5 years of public accounting experience
- 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards, financial statement preparation and SEC reporting requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA required
