Job Summary
Lead Vice President Control Manager for Finance Products and Technology within CCB, responsible for designing and executing an enhanced control framework to support continuous risk assessment, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation. Apply advanced data analytics, automation, and technology to understand business needs, anticipate trends, and elevate the control environment. Oversee Control for Technology Products using Agile methodology, establish and monitor data controls to mitigate data risk and maintain data quality. Inspire and guide a diverse team, partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk, and drive open communication to achieve strategic milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years in financial services
- experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management
