Job Summary
Own and execute Pinchin's national Construction Project Management growth strategy, setting and achieving ambitious revenue and market-share targets across priority Canadian markets. Define the go-to-market approach, including target sectors, high-value project profiles, service scope, and competitive pricing guidance. Personally lead business development to drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and major project pursuits, acting as executive sponsor on significant opportunities. Grow revenue within existing accounts by cross-selling services and increasing wallet share. Build, lead, and mentor a national CPM leadership team, including regional leaders and specialized technical talent. Own full P&L accountability for CPM growth and profitability, monitoring revenue, gross profit, margin, backlog, and utilization. Serve as Pinchin's senior market ambassador to build visibility with clients, developers, contractors, and industry associations. This senior leadership role drives national expansion of the CPM service line across Canada, aligning with Pinchin's long-term growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive senior leadership experience in construction project management, engineering consulting, environmental consulting, or a related professional services environment
- Demonstrated success developing and executing national or multi-regional growth strategies that delivered measurable revenue and market-share gains
- Proven business-development track record of consistently winning complex, high-value projects, growing revenue against ambitious targets, and building executive-level relationships with national clients, developers, contractors, and strategic partners
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including experience monitoring revenue, gross profit, margins, capacity, and performance indicators
- Experience defining service delivery standards, operating models, QA/QC frameworks, project controls, and scalable business processes
- Strong people leadership skills, including recruitment, leadership development, mentoring, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and client commitment
- Excellent communication, influencing, reporting, and executive presentation skills
- Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, business, or a related discipline
