Job Summary
Lead and mature FOX Corporation's global ethics and compliance program as Vice President, Compliance. Responsibilities include leading high-risk internal investigations, developing and executing risk assessments and monitoring, policy governance, third‐party oversight, due diligence for vendors and M&A targets, and providing strategic counsel to senior business and legal stakeholders. Advise on risk mitigation, remediation, and integration of compliance programs across business units, with a focus on practical execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed. Requires a Juris Doctor and admission to a U.S. state bar, 11+ years of experience in law and compliance, strong investigative and executive communication skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed entertainment/media environment.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
- 11+ years of relevant legal and compliance experience
- Experience supervising or leading attorneys, compliance professionals, or cross-functional project teams
- Deep experience leading complex internal investigations, corporate compliance programs, risk assessments, policy development, training, third-party risk management, and regulatory counseling
- Strong knowledge of global ethics and compliance program expectations (anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, third-party risk, investigations, whistleblower and hotline processes, remediation)
- Excellent investigative, analytical, legal writing, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- Experience presenting to executive leadership, board committees, or equivalent senior governance forums
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
- Media/entertainment/regulatory industry experience (preferred)
