Vice President, Communications

Job Summary
Vice President of Communications responsible for building and leading Fetch's full communications function, spanning internal communications, corporate narrative, investor relations, B2B PR, and external media strategy. Own and harmonize investor stories, external brand narratives, and internal employee communications; partner with executive leadership to translate complex business dynamics into clear, compelling narratives; manage IR infrastructure in preparation for IPO; lead external PR programs across B2B and consumer audiences; oversee executive communications, internal comms cadence, and crisis/change communications; build and scale a high-performing communications organization, manage agency relationships, and align messaging across the company and its partners; this role is full-time and can be based in a US office or fully remote within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience across corporate communications, PR, investor relations, internal communications, or related strategic communications roles
- Proven track record leading full-spectrum communications at scale
- Experience building or significantly scaling a communications function, including hiring and managing a team
- Experience managing PR agencies, evaluating, briefing, and holding them accountable to outcomes
- Track record in B2B PR including trade media, analyst relations, and thought leadership programs
- Exposure to investor communications, board materials, fundraise narratives, or IPO preparation
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business and financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High judgment and discretion in managing sensitive, confidential, and time-critical information
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization
