Job Summary
Responsible for executing and delivering commercial real estate valuation engagements, the Vice President will mentor junior professionals and build collaborative teams. This role requires a strategic understanding of complex markets, client relationship management, and advanced analytical skills. Key responsibilities include leading complex engagements, developing valuation models, and providing exceptional client support, while utilizing industry-leading valuation software.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate valuation experience
- Active Certified General Appraiser License (Illinois)
- Strategic understanding of complex commercial real estate markets
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Experience with institutional-grade properties
- Advanced analytical & modeling expertise, including a working knowledge of Argus
- Ability to travel for property inspections as needed
Desired Qualifications
- MAI designation or active candidacy preferred
- Business development and/or team leadership experience preferred
