Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner. Foster strong relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of investment objectives, preferences, and expectations. Retain and grow client assets by providing excellent service and offering tailored solutions. Serve as the liaison between internal departments and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to develop client materials, presentations, DDQs, and investment reports. Manage client on-boarding, initiate KYC, and follow through to ensure documents are processed. Assist with regular investor services tasks to validate monthly trade activity. Prepare investor-specific reporting on performance, correlations, fees, and ownership. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide relevant insights. Promote a client-centric culture by sharing client insights, feedback, and success stories with internal teams. Work on a hybrid model out of Santa Monica, Pittsburgh, Chicago, or New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by showing good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with calculation and interpretation of standard investment performance metrics; ability to manage and manipulate data quantitatively utilizing excel
- Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies
- This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica, Pittsburgh, Chicago, or New York office

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the wealth and/or retirement space, including knowledge of key firms, trends, and products utilized across the intermediary space is preferred
