Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of Asset Servicing commercial relationships in the EMEA region as the senior point of contact for clients and the team. Develop a thorough understanding of client business, operating models, and technology strategies to deliver exceptional service aligned to expectations. Act as the central escalation point across Operations, Technology, and service delivery while resolving complex day-to-day issues and directing them to appropriate resources. Lead team members in addressing operational and technical challenges, applying advanced problem-solving skills to analyze information and ensure high-quality service execution. Monitor service quality, product performance, and client experience to proactively anticipate issues, delivering robust operational analytics and insights. Guide service evolution based on client requirements, driving high-quality client experiences, operating model improvements, and product innovation. Navigate technology, product, and operations groups to improve service delivery and build better solutions for the future.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience in an operational area and/or client services
- Knowledge of common processes governing client arrangements such as Global Custody Agreements, Pricing approaches and client profitability analyses
- Proven ability to resolve the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries and contribute to business development efforts
