Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance

Job Summary
Reviews and interprets portfolio and reporting data to support accurate, timely, and meaningful client deliverables. Resolves complex questions related to reporting outputs, data integrity, and system functionality using SQL to source, validate, and reconcile information across multiple platforms. Performs business analysis by documenting requirements, assessing workflows, identifying gaps, and supporting solution implementation while leading stakeholder discussions to capture needs and confirm priorities. Coordinates assigned deliverables, monitors progress, and supports execution of change initiatives across technology, operations, and business teams to enhance reporting processes and platform capabilities. Produces insights and recommendations that contribute to service quality and a stronger client experience. Requires 5+ years of experience in financial services, client reporting, or brokerage, with strong SQL and business analysis skills. Located in Pittsburgh, PA, with a 4-day in-office expectation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL capability and experience working with data from multiple sources
- Proven business analysis experience
- Demonstrated project management or delivery coordination skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead meetings and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Location in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office expectation)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, client reporting, brokerage, trading support, or a related discipline
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
