Job Summary
Own the full client lifecycle for a high-value enterprise portfolio, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth through consultative relationship management with marketing executives and C-suite buyers. Establish Category Authority frameworks, orchestrate strategic activities, and lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and retention strategies. Manage fiscal health by overseeing contract scoping, renewals, and contributor sourcing via the A360 RFP process while reporting Category Authority Index Score updates at quarterly business reviews. Navigate complex enterprise hierarchies to align with Executive Buyer KPIs and maintain proactive communication on daily strategic shifts. Report directly to the CEO as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, representing Skyword at critical planning meetings and workshops. Stay ahead of AI search dynamics and LLM visibility trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge in a rapidly shifting landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in client/account management, strategy, or operations
- 10+ years in senior marketing
- demonstrated success in hitting client retention metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite buyers on strategy and business outcomes
- Deep understanding of multi-format programs (written, video, graphic) and how they perform in an AI-driven search ecosystem
- Ability to translate performance metrics into forward-looking business cases
- Demonstrated ability to hit retention targets and manage to target margins
- Proficiency with audience insight platforms

- Bachelor's degree
