Vice President, Client Operations, CLO/Structured Debt

Job Summary
Lead and manage client operations for CLO/Structured Debt, guiding major external clients through complex operational and technical issues; apply advanced problem-solving, leverage knowledge of BNY products and services across geographies to identify client needs, and contribute to business development. Drive internal initiatives to improve the client experience, develop process improvements for complex client accounts, and mentor team members. Requires strong finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, and reconciliation skills, excellent communication, and proven leadership in financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Typically, 7-12 years of experience.
- Relevant client service/operations experience in financial services preferred.
- Corporate Trust and CLO/CDO backgrounds preferred.
