Job Summary
Resolve complex day-to-day issues for assigned Collateralised Loan Obligations and loan portfolios to ensure high Client Experience Levels. Lead team members in addressing and executing operational and technical requests for major clients while serving as the primary escalation point. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to analyse information, proactively review potential business needs, and direct clients to appropriate internal resources. Propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration and support multiple, complex client accounts. Develop process improvements using client service best practices and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years Corporate Trust or related financial markets/securities industry experience
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- Corporate Trust, CLO/CDO background strongly preferred
- Client Service/Loan Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred
- Finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, reconciliation background experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in client service operations and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards
- AI proficiency in operations workflows desirable
