Vice President-Client Lifecycle Management (KYC/AML)

Job Summary
Manage a KYC operations team of 25+ people, ensuring timeliness and quality of records produced in line with SLAs. Act as the single point of contact for the client, running meetings and managing the overall client relationship from a day-to-day perspective. Responsible for overseeing KYC records, screening, client outreach, and queries while handling escalations and providing guidance on issue resolution. Proactively engage stakeholders to advise on reporting, capacity, and risks, and assist in defining procedures and best practices for continuous improvement. Produce key metrics reporting internally and externally, working with senior managers globally to support business growth. Promote a strong team culture aligned with Delta Capita values.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 12-15 years industry experience
- Demonstrable team management experience (minimum of 3 years) across KYC or similar business lines from an operational perspective
- Strong knowledge and experience of best practices in building processes and developing high performing teams
- Understanding of key controls, compliance/AML, and investigation functions in the banking industry
- Understanding of the possible implications of financial sanctions on banks and financial institutions (OFAC, HM Treasury, EU, and UN sanctions)
- Excellent understanding of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes
- Excellent communicator, able to effectively and professionally communicate with stakeholders and clients
- Client Service Excellence and experience in managing client relationships
- Extensive experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles
- Proficient in use of Excel and PowerPoint
