Job Summary
Vice President, Client Enablement in the Wealth Services Platform team acts as a Specialist within Client Transition, collaborating with Account Managers and Specialists to manage data lifecycle (demographics, positions, balances) from initiation to program closure. Responsibilities include data cleaning, mapping, transforming, reconciling, testing, validation, and exception reporting; risk assessment and escalation; serving as a liaison between clients and internal technical groups to ensure timely, on-budget delivery to specification; advising internal clients on business trends and regulatory impacts; data normalization and creation of data diagrams/flow documents; and leveraging SQL for data transformation and analysis. Requires experience in data analysis, project management, and strong SQL/relational-database knowledge, with the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple teams and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 7-10 years of total work experience
- Experience in client-facing or project management roles
- Data Transformation through Microsoft SQL or other tools strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases preferred
- Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite
