Vice President, Client Enablement

Job Summary
Drive and manage the success and client enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and remediation plans. Partner with major clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and create delivery plans for complex implementations. Manage product and service implementation by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining project plans across critical milestones, dependencies, and risks. Write and deliver effective communication strategies across senior leadership and stakeholders, and drive implementation closure with final notifications. May engage in sales support activities, including creation of RFPs. Travel for client meetings and business purposes approximately 10% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Series 99 or ability to obtain within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- 5-7 years of total work experience
- Proven experience managing complex business or technology transitions, preferably in financial services or related industries
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, data mapping, and system configuration/testing cycles
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, technology, compliance, and trading
- Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration
- Openness to travel, approximately 10%
