Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer

Lead the enterprise cybersecurity organization by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements. Transform the security team through talent development, succession planning, and organizational design while serving as principal advisor to executive leadership and the Board on cyber risk and emerging threats. Establish and maintain a governance framework covering operational technology, industrial control systems, cloud environments, and third-party risk, ensuring compliance with NERC CIP and other critical standards. Direct incident response, crisis management, and business continuity integration while overseeing identity management, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the enterprise. Manage the technical security team and external vendors, engage with government and industry partners, and establish meaningful metrics to support decision-making. Requires 15+ years of experience, CISSP/CISM certification, and US security clearance. Available for emergency restoration assignments and travel between MA, CT, and NH.
