Job Summary
Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promoting open communication and engagement to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Manage and influence stakeholders through advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; communicate organizational impediments to leadership. Develop and implement short- to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritizing tasks and managing resources to achieve product goals with metrics and evidence-based decisions. Identify trends and generate ideas to contribute to new policies and best practices within the discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in agile methodologies and project management
- advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages and agile frameworks
- ability to guide teams through complex projects with iterative progress and adaptability
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and decision-making
