Job Summary
Vice President, Channel & Partner Sales leading Americas partner sales execution, channel development, partner business planning, and partner-sourced pipeline/ bookings. Drive field alignment with Sales Leadership, Global Partner Programs, Channel Operations, Marketing, and Enablement. Build and execute joint business plans, CDMs, and quarterly business reviews; establish Americas channel strategy, coverage, and operating cadence; recruit and activate strategic partners; develop a partner value proposition with clear plays, enablement, incentives, and accountable field engagement; manage executive-facing relationships with top-tier partners and drive channel-led demand generation and performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology
- 7+ years in channel leadership roles at scaled enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data protection, or platform software
- sales leadership experience in addition to channel
- carried a bag, led a sales team, or run a P&L
- proven track record growing partner-sourced pipeline and bookings at scale
- deep, active relationships across the Americas channel ecosystem
- operational discipline with rigorous operating cadences and reporting
- partner economics fluency (margin, services pull-through, attach opportunities, customer demand)
- cross-functional credibility (Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Channel Ops)
- executive presence and ability to present to boards and C-level partners
- experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage, cloud infrastructure, or security (preferred)
- builder’s mindset with an operator’s habits
- ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
