Job Summary
Lead planning and designing diverse new land development projects, including residential and mixed-use civil engineering from planning through design and construction. Mentor and develop project team members while coordinating work with PE's, EIT's, CAD, and project administrative professionals to deliver quality results. This role offers high visibility within Quiddity's expanding Central Texas engineering teams, which deliver forward-thinking solutions for public infrastructure and private development projects across 15 offices.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
- 9+ years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects
Desired Qualifications
- commercial land development experience
