Job Summary
Vice President – Cobrand and Partner Product Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end product delivery and release management for cobrand credit cards and partner platforms. Lead cross-functional delivery with governance, risk, and control oversight; manage release schedules, runbooks, and status reporting; track progress across the product lifecycle and optimize agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time). Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data-driven, customer-centric solutions and best-in-class user experience. Proficiency with Jira Align/Jira for backlog management, agile ceremonies, and reporting; drive quarterly planning, Product Health meetings, and portfolio health reporting. Knowledge of risk and control frameworks, NBI controls, and supplier cost tracking; experience preparing executive-ready reports and dashboards. Preferred certifications include CSM/CSPO and SAFe, PMP, CISA/CRISC; experience with PAT, Product Cabinet engagement, and NBI controls is beneficial. Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided. Final job grade level and title determination at offer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, release management, or a relevant domain
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities across complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle with a track record managing large-scale releases and deployments
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira Align and Jira) including reporting and data management
- Analytical mindset focused on user experience, outcome delivery, and continuous improvement; strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience establishing and operating within governance, risk, and control frameworks; ability to embed controls into agile delivery
