Job Summary
Vice President, Business Strategy and Operations for Chase Co-brand responsible for end-to-end management of strategic operations, organizational effectiveness, and team culture. Set and execute strategic vision for business management, oversee executive communications, OKR management, and status updates to senior leadership. Draft enterprise-level communications, drive talent management processes, foster high-performing culture, lead team offsites and meetings, identify operational efficiencies, and manage contract compliance, SLA adherence, and risk & control initiatives (RCSA). Partner cross-functionally to solve issues and drive continuous improvement, with experience in AI tools and advanced MS-suite skills. Travel up to 10%. Required: 5+ years in strategy/ops, Bachelor’s degree, exceptional communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, operations, and project leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business management, and operational leadership at scale
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel up to 10%
