Job Summary
Vice President, Business Management – Technology, Product & Design responsible for strategic initiatives, financial planning, headcount forecasting, and transformation initiatives across technology, product, and design teams. Drive operational excellence through forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization; collaborate with HR and finance; develop and maintain forecasting models; lead ad hoc projects and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business management, financial planning, or strategic planning
- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed forecasting and reporting models
- Advanced analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights
- Experience in financial management and cost optimization

- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate recommendations clearly
