Job Summary
Vice President – Business Execution (Americas FX) leads business execution across the Americas FX Sales & Trading franchise, driving strategic priorities, governance, and performance metrics. Acts as a trusted partner to senior leadership to coordinate cross-functional efforts across front office, control functions, and infrastructure, and to deliver on business strategy, platform enhancements, and risk/issue resolution. Responsibilities include defining and monitoring KPIs, ensuring transparency and actionable insights, driving revenue growth and resource efficiency, managing governance forums (MBR/QBR), and supporting development of FX business strategy. Requires senior leadership presence, experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives, deep FX/Markets product knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Python is a plus. Primary locations: New York, NY and Tampa, FL (USA); Full-time role with a strong emphasis on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level influence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of FX, Rates, and broader Markets products
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a large financial institution
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Python is a plus
