Job Summary
Own financial services business development end to end, from identifying and qualifying prospects through pitch and close. Develop proposals and pitch materials tailored to prospect needs, while pulling together pitch teams with practice leaders. Build and maintain a library of financial services case studies and credentials, and own the pipeline by setting priorities and tracking target accounts across asset management, banking, fintech, and crypto. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and represent the firm at industry events, ensuring CRM data remains current and contributing to regular BD reporting. This hands-on, senior role requires eight to twelve years of experience in business development or proposal work within financial services, with a focus on running complex, multi-stakeholder pitches independently.

- comfortable building polished, client-ready materials in PowerPoint
- know your way around a CRM
