Job Summary
Conduct thorough research, identify, and engage with new enterprise-level clients across North America to promote DAC's full-funnel performance media services. Establish and manage a qualified lead pipeline to exceed new business targets while collaborating seamlessly with internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Develop tailored strategies and marketing approaches aligned with DAC Group's philosophy to achieve income targets based on local office operating plans. Identify market opportunities and strategically allocate internal resources to achieve new business objectives effectively. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and consultative sales.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in new business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding new business targets
- Robust understanding of digital and traditional media channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, linear TV, print, radio, OOH, and more
- Proficiency in web-based technologies for business advertising and digital lead generation services
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for quick adaptation
- Track record of preparing high-quality RFPs and engaging with C-level decision-makers in medium to large US-based companies
- Strong business acumen to comprehend prospects across diverse industries
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High-energy and client-centric mindset, with a history of delivering innovative solutions
- University degree, preferably in business or marketing
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Three in-office days per week
- Remote work is not available for this position
