Job Summary
Diagnose outbound inefficiencies across MSP and Accounting segments, then redesign call frameworks, email positioning, and signal-based targeting playbooks to raise BDR output. Build daily and weekly operating cadences, pipeline inspection routines, and performance management systems to enforce rigor and accountability within the team. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to align strategy, while partnering with the Head of New Markets to define GTM plans and pipeline targets for emerging verticals. Extend the existing SMB process to build a dedicated mid-market and enterprise outbound motion. This hybrid role requires a minimum of four days in Toronto, ON, for candidates eligible to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales
- Experience building or running outbound programs across multiple segments
- Experience building outbound playbooks: signal-based targeting, cold sequences, call frameworks
- A track record of improving BDR performance through better process, accountability, and outbound strategy
- Experience at a company in the $3M–$20M ARR range
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Apollo
- Working knowledge of Instantly
- Proven ability to leverage AI to drive team efficiency and prove outcomes with tangible results
- Minimum of 4 days in office based in Toronto, ON
- Eligible to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the MSP / Accounting ecosystem
- Familiarity with PE-backed roll-ups
- Familiarity with payments/AR automation
- Experience building outbound motions across multiple verticals simultaneously
- Comfort with outbound tooling beyond Apollo — intent data platforms, enrichment tools, deliverability monitoring
- Track record coaching or mentoring BDRs into AE roles
- Deals personally closed in markets your company hadn't sold into before
