Job Summary
Executive leader to drive Bell’s transition to an AI-first marketing organization, embedding AI and automation across brand strategy, communications, and customer experiences. Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies, and implement AI-enabled marketing transformation to enhance efficiency, creativity, and ROI. Oversee large marketing budgets, manage a high-performing team of strategists and activation experts, and ensure brand promise — Connection is Everything — is consistently delivered across all customer interactions while advancing Bell’s brand equity. Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong asset for Quebec roles; hybrid work arrangement in Canada with a requirement to be based in Canada and spend time at Bell offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
