Job Summary
Vice President, Branch Leader - Toledo, OH leads and develops a team of sales and service associates within a Fidelity investor center. The role supports the Branch Manager, helps build a high-performing sales culture, oversees in-branch customer experience and local marketing initiatives, and ensures regulatory and risk/compliance excellence. The position emphasizes relationship management, leadership, training and mentoring of branch staff, and driving revenue opportunities while maintaining customer happiness. The role is an developmental, upfront-management track for 12-24 months with possible branch assignments changing during the program; immigration sponsorship is not provided. Certifications and FINRA-related requirements are noted. Required Qualifications
- at least five years in financial sales
- three or more years of management within a financial services environment
