Job Summary
Lead Fidelity branch team to drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team, educate the local market, drive national initiatives, and grow local business through in-branch client meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation. Oversee branch infrastructure including lobby, back-office processing, and quality assurance. Requires all listed FINRA licenses (Series 7/9/10/66/65) and at least five years in financial sales with three or more years of management; emphasize mentoring, collaboration, and cross-team partnerships. Fidelity states it will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses
- Five years in financial sales
- Three+ years of management within a financial services environment
