Job Summary
Own the deposits marketing strategy and value proposition for ultra-high-net-worth global clients and prospects, defining a differentiated story that positions deposits as core to the Private Bank relationship. Lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing offers designed to drive net new money onto our platform, with a test-and-learn discipline across offer type, messaging, client segments, and channels. Partner with deposits product leadership, client experience, and marketing to reimagine the everyday banking experience (debit card and checking/savings experience). Innovate using LLMs and AI tools to create more efficient marketing. Work with stakeholders across regions and channels to deliver impact.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 8+ years of marketing experience in financial services
- strong knowledge of financial services
- experience partnering with stakeholders to meet objectives
- strong writing and editorial skills with experience delivering marketing for print and digital channels
- strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
- demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
