Job Summary
Vice President of Auto Lease Residual Value Risk at Chase Auto Finance leads analysis and strategy to optimize residual value performance for the auto lease portfolio. Responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to forecast residual values, conducting in-depth residual value risk analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams for data insights, delivering monthly/quarterly financial reports, and supporting risk management policies and procedures. The role communicates findings to senior management, monitors market trends, ensures regulatory and internal policy compliance, and seeks process improvements in reporting accuracy and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strong quantitative skills, proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau or similar), and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and auto industry experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States with no immigration sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of auto industry indicators, finance and accounting concepts, and counterparty risk management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Database management, data manipulation and visualization experience (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau or similar tools)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
