Job Summary
Division Vice President leads a $150M+ electrical construction division focused on data center, mission critical, and hyperscale projects; responsibilities include executive leadership for operations, preconstruction & estimating, BIM/VDC coordination, program management, safety & quality, workforce planning, customer relations, and financial performance; drives profitability, productivity, scheduling, staffing forecasts, and growth initiatives while overseeing 200+ employees and maintaining client relationships; requires extensive experience in mission critical electrical construction, P&L oversight, and strategic planning with NEC/NFPA/OSHA knowledge; role involves travel and in-office/field work; position located in Kennesaw, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of electrical construction experience
- Minimum 5 years managing $150M+ P&L operations
- Proven leadership experience in mission critical, hyperscale, or large commercial/industrial electrical construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
- Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments
- High School Diploma or GED (education may be preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred)
