Vice President/Assistant Vice President, Business Management Support – IT Infrastructure

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive business management support to the IT Infrastructure team, assist in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT infrastructure-related challenges and opportunities, contribute to planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for IT infrastructure projects, monitor and report on the performance and utilization of IT infrastructure assets, identify areas for optimization and improvement, facilitate communication and coordination between the IT Infrastructure team and other business units, and provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a business management or IT support role, preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with relevant business and IT management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, technologies, and best practices
