Job Summary
Oversee the performance of closed-end industrial funds and separate accounts by reviewing new investment opportunities, driving business plan execution, and managing fund operations. Collaborate with acquisitions and asset management teams to evaluate portfolio performance against pro forma, internal plans, and industry benchmarks like NCREIF. Supervise the creation of investor reporting materials including pitchbooks, quarterly letters, and annual meeting presentations while coordinating with debt capital markets on financing strategies. Assess market conditions to develop annual business strategies, formulate investment plans, and manage capital budgets. Represent the firm at industry events and network with competitors, brokers, and limited partners to support long-term business execution.
Required Qualifications
- Ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft BI
- Experience with NCREIF
- Experience with Microsoft BI (a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft BI (a plus)
